1. Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or enrolling in a cohort after offline confirmation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and services.

2. Educational purpose

Systemgrid Hub provides informational and educational content about Vault Device Tracking Hub workflows. Materials do not create a consultancy engagement, fiduciary duty, or operational responsibility for your vaults. See also our Not Financial Advice page.

3. Accounts and enrollment

Cohort seats are confirmed by written agreement or invoice outside this website. You must provide accurate contact details and keep credentials confidential if learning platforms are issued.

4. Intellectual property

Course workbooks, templates, trademarks, and site copy remain the property of Systemgrid Hub or its licensors. You may use materials for internal training by enrolled staff. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing commercial courses on our materials without written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping that degrades service, introducing malware, or submitting false enrollment claims). We may suspend access that threatens the integrity of cohorts or systems.

6. Third-party services

Links to the Microsoft Store and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their terms apply separately. A Microsoft Store button on this site redirects to the Microsoft Store home page and does not install software from Systemgrid Hub.

7. Disclaimers

Content is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that examples fit every facility, that Hub features remain unchanged, or that following a checklist will prevent loss, theft, or audit findings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Korea, Systemgrid Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or educational materials. Aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid cohort is limited to fees paid for that cohort in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Systemgrid Hub against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
