3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Retention

Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Enrollment records are kept for the period required by accounting and consumer laws in Korea, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing

6. International transfers

If processors store data outside Korea, we take reasonable steps — such as contractual clauses and vendor due diligence — to protect personal information during transfer and storage.

Services are directed to adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

10. Changes
