FAQ

Do I need admin rights in Vault Device Tracking Hub?

Read access to live or sandbox trails is enough for most drills. Admin rights help in week four exports but are not required to complete the map studio.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not teach radio-frequency hardware repair or vendor-specific firmware flashing. If your losses come from failing readers, you will still need a facilities ticket — we only help you document the custody gap clearly.

Is the course available in Korean?

Live sessions run in English with Korean glossary sheets for Hub states. Private Vault Network programs can add bilingual facilitation on request.

How do refunds work?

See our Refund Policy for timelines tied to cohort start dates.

Learner notes

“Week three’s dual-custody script is taped inside our cage door. The course itself moves quickly — bring a real trail, not a demo toy.”
