  3. Closed dual-custody notes from the week
  4. One limitation paragraph — hardware, staffing, or courier

Name files like a robot

Use YYYY-MM-DD_site_exception-export.csv. Humans improvising titles create forensic scavenger hunts. Vault Device Tracking Hub exports already carry timestamps — keep them visible in the filename.

Sign-off is a sentence

The lead on duty writes one sentence: what remains open and who owns it over the weekend. That sentence belongs in the pack, not only in chat.

Resist trophy metrics

Skip vanity dashboards in the weekly pack. Auditors ask for trails and decisions; save charts for monthly reviews if you enjoy them.
