Vault Device Tracking Hub
The operating picture your floor actually needs
This page explains the Hub vocabulary we teach — so you can decide whether a Systemgrid Hub cohort matches your vault reality.
What the Hub tracks
Vault Device Tracking Hub focuses on custody events: who held a device, where it rested, and which exception interrupted the path. It is not a substitute for physical seals, camera coverage, or courier contracts.
Our courses treat the Hub as a shared ledger of intent — useful when shifts change and memory fades.
States we drill
- Inbound quarantine vs ready-for-shelf
- Soft hold vs hard quarantine
- Dual custody and conflict resolution
- Outbound seal and courier accept
- Return-to-vault with damaged-flag notes
Where training fits
Literacy before tooling debates
Teams get stuck arguing features when they have not agreed on words. We stabilize the language first, then practice Hub workflows that match Korea multi-site transfers.
-
A
Map before you automate
Draw the physical path, then overlay Hub states. Gaps become homework, not surprise tickets.
-
B
Exceptions with owners
Every tag needs a closer. Our drills force a name, a time box, and a next scan.
-
C
Evidence that travels
Weekly packs export cleanly when notes follow the Hub’s event order — a habit we grade in cohort reviews.
