Dual-custody scripts you can tape to the cage
When two badges claim one tray, tone matters as much as the Hub form. These lines keep the conversation about evidence, not ego.
Opening line
“The Hub shows two actives on tray 14. Let’s freeze moves and compare the last two scans before we argue.” Freezing prevents a third accidental scan from making the story worse.
Evidence ask
“Who has the physical seal photo from inbound?” If neither person does, log needs person with both names and escalate — do not invent a winner in the aisle.
Closing the Hub record

Practice tip
Run the script once per month with empty trays. Muscle memory beats eloquence when a courier is waiting at the dock.
